In the unfortunate event that you encounter an issue with an item that you have ordered please use this item to submit a warranty claim. If we haven't already reached out to diagnose the issue then we will do this prior to sending out a replacement. In most cases when it comes to a warranty replacement the customer must have pictures that show the issue. Please be prepared to provide those.
In the checkout comments please provide us with your order number. If you do not know your order number then please provide a general description of your product ordered and the issue.
