Order Cancellations
All products are custom made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, email sales@fastheadlights.com right away—we may be able to help if your build has not yet entered production.
Returns
Because every item is custom built to your specifications, returns are not accepted. Please verify all details before placing your order.

Warranty Coverage
Craftsmanship Warranty Lifetime
Lifetime warranty on craftsmanship covering defects in assembly or workmanship under normal use.
Lighting Components 3-Year Manufacturer
Lighting components (e.g., LEDs, projectors, drivers) include a 3-year manufacturer warranty. If a covered lighting component fails during this period, FastHeadlights will replace the product at no cost for the item itself. Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Warranty Process
Option 1 — Send the defective item first
- Email sales@fastheadlights.com for instructions and an RMA reference.
- Ship the item to FastHeadlights for inspection.
- If a defect is confirmed and the claim is approved, a replacement will be shipped (product cost covered; shipping paid by customer).
Option 2 — Buy a replacement up front
- Purchase a replacement immediately to minimize downtime.
- Send in the original item for inspection.
- If the original is verified as defective and covered, we will refund the replacement’s product cost.
- If no issue/defect is found, the original item will be sent back to you and a refund on the replacement may not be issued.
Limitations & Exclusions
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, or modification.
- FastHeadlights does not cover labor costs or any expenses from third-party installation shops.
- FastHeadlights does not offer refunds on products that fail under warranty—replacement only.
- FastHeadlights does not cover any damages to the vehicle or other property arising from, related to, or resulting from issues with a product purchased from FastHeadlights.
- Shipping to and from FastHeadlights is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in writing.
Start a Claim
Email sales@fastheadlights.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos or a short video showing the problem
